Ever since my husband and I moved to the US, our aspiration was to buy a property but we never found any property that we liked within our budget and we worked with many realtors over the last 2 years. For example, the HOA in the building praised him saying that he was exceptional and that most realtors would not bother once the sale was agreed upon. We completed and moved into our dream property just before Christmas 2021. Patrick was not chasing the commission and he was professional, courteous, and conscientious and we can not recommend him enough. Patrick helped my fiancé and I buy our first home in Plantation, Florida. We began our search while we were still living in the Tri-State area; Patrick helped us virtually tour houses via Facetime or by sending us videos. He would go above and beyond by providing us with an honest opinion of each home’s value.
